OnlyFans agency: what it does, what it costs and how to spot a good one
An OnlyFans agency handles everything around your account that isn't the content itself: chatting with your fans, posting, promotion, pricing and payouts. You shoot, the agency turns it into revenue and takes a share for it. Agencies differ a lot, though. Here is what to look for.
What an OnlyFans agency does
- Chatting with your fans. Fans write at all hours, and messages that wait for hours cost sales. A good agency replies day and night, in your tone.
- Posting and planning. Your photos and videos become posts, paid messages (PPV) and a plan for the coming weeks.
- Reach. Without traffic nobody sees your content. The agency makes sure new fans find your profile.
- Pricing. What should a subscription cost, what a video in chat? Good prices come from experience.
- Safety. Stage name, blocked countries, takedown requests against leaks.
- Several platforms. OnlyFans is not the only platform. Across the 35 accounts we managed in May 2026, OnlyFans typically brought in only about a quarter of the revenue; the rest came from Fansly, FanCentro, BestFans and MYM.
Your part is the content. How much time you put into it is up to you.
How much does an OnlyFans agency cost?
Reputable agencies don't charge anything upfront. They work on commission and get a share of what your account earns. Few of them publish that share on their website. Guides and comparison sites usually name 30 to 60 percent as the common range. On top of that comes the platform's cut: OnlyFans keeps 20 percent of every sale.
The commission alone says little. An agency with a higher share that multiplies your revenue leaves you with more than a cheap one that changes nothing. What counts is what ends up with you, and whether you can check it.
Red flag: setup fees, coaching packages or "starting costs". An agency that gets paid upfront earns even when your account goes nowhere.
How to tell a reputable agency
- No upfront costs. The agency only earns when you earn.
- Clear exit rules. How long are you bound? What happens to the account, your content and your fans when you leave? Get it in writing before you sign, and read the contract calmly.
- A statement you can check. Every month, broken down by platform.
- Real numbers instead of promises. Nobody can promise "five figures in 30 days, guaranteed". Real numbers with a time period and a note that results vary are what you want to see.
- A legal notice and real people to talk to. If an agency won't say who is behind it, don't hand it your account.
- Your limits count. You decide what you show. An agency that pushes you to show more is the wrong one.
- Confidentiality. Ask who on the team sees your data and whether everyone has signed an NDA.
- 18+ only. Reputable agencies work with adults only.
Who is an agency right for?
- You haven't started yet and don't know where to begin.
- You already earn something, but chatting eats your evenings.
- You want to stay anonymous and need help protecting yourself.
It makes less sense if you enjoy chatting yourself, already earn well and want to steer every step. Then handing off a few tasks may be enough.
